Trish struck a perfect balance between booking enough tours and leaving unscheduled, open time to explore. We felt like we saw all of the highlights in each location. All of our tours were through Viator and we had a great experience with each one. Viator even has an app and it was very useful to access details of our bookings in a pinch. Trish made the process simple and stress-free and I knew she would be able to help if we ran in to any issues, which we did not.
