Wanderlust Kicks In

This time of year, I always start itching for our next trip. We often travel in February or March to break up the winter, but then there’s a bit of a lull until our summer or fall vacation (or both!).

As I count down the days until our next getaway, I find myself getting nostalgic for some of our past adventures. I thought it would be fun to share a few memories and photos from previous trips—we’ve had some incredible experiences that might just inspire your next vacation!

Paris, France
Our trip to France was unforgettable, and Paris was the highlight. We were lucky enough to travel with the whole family, including my parents. We ate and drank our way through the city, soaking up the incredible history, world-class museums, and breathtaking art. Paris truly lived up to its reputation, and we’d go back in a heartbeat.

La Chapelle

Bar Harbor, Maine
This one holds a special place in my heart. I’ve been visiting Bar Harbor since I was a young girl, and now we’re continuing the tradition with our kids. We try to go every 5–6 years. From hiking Cadillac Mountain and exploring Acadia National Park to simply enjoying the shops and scenery in downtown Bar Harbor, it’s a perfect spot for a family vacation.

Copenhagen, Denmark
Copenhagen was the destination for Sean’s and my first international trip together. Like many great travel experiences, it was enriching and eye-opening. We loved the culture, the stunning old buildings, and the delicious food. I hope we get the chance to return and experience it all over again.

Mexico – All-Inclusive Resort
This warm-weather getaway was our introduction to the all-inclusive concept, and we were hooked. There’s something so relaxing about knowing everything is taken care of the moment you arrive. No planning, no stress—just sunshine, great food, and total ease.

River Cruise – Germany
Our river cruise was such a unique experience and unlike any other trip we’ve taken. We explored charming small towns, learned about the local culture and wines, and enjoyed the slower pace of travel. It felt like a floating resort—every detail was handled, and we never felt rushed or exhausted. It was truly special.

Whether you're planning your next big adventure or just dreaming about where to go next, I hope these memories spark a few ideas. If you’re ready to start planning, I’d love to help you find your perfect trip!
